Khloe Kardashian has disclosed that she had a facial tumor removed that was “extremely unusual.”
The 38-year-old described how a “small bump” was treated on her Instagram Story after she realized it “was not moving” after seven months.
Medical professionals informed Khloe that she would “need to have an immediate procedure.”
She claimed that she decided to tell her story after seeing “several stories” about the “developing bandage on my face.”
The reality TV personality continued by expressing her hope that it would inspire people to seek medical attention if they detected changes in their skin.
She joked that followers might “enjoy how wonderful I’m making these facial bandages look” as she is currently “in the healing process.”
When Khloe was 19 years old, she underwent surgery to remove a form of skin cancer called melanoma.
