She is among celebs and tons of fans of the pop star who sent their congratulations after Judge Brenda Penny announced the long awaited ruling in court on Friday, November 12.

“The court finds and determines that the conservatorship of person and estate is no longer required, therefore effective today, the conservatorship of person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is hereby terminated,” Judge Penny said.
