Messi Receives €400-million-a-year Offer To Join Ronaldo In Saudi Arabia

It’s as if the Saudi Arabian league wants to renew the rivalry between Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo, as reports from Fabrizio Romano came out yesterday that Al Hilal has offered a mouth-watering pay of €400m a year to convince Lionel Messi to join the club.

Lionel Messi’s contract with Paris Saint Germain is soon to expire, and the world cup champion has refused to renew his contract with PSG which is an indicator that he’s planning on going back to his first love, Barcelona. And Barcelona is ready to accept their star champions back as they are waiting on financial fair to make the bid.

Romano tweeted: “Understand Al Hilal sent an official bid to Leo Messi: salary worth more than €400m/year.

“Leo’s absolute priority: continue in Europe. Barcelona, waiting on FFP to send the bid and open talks.

“PSG bid, not accepted at this stage as Messi wanted sporting guarantees.”

Many fans are of the opinion that Messi should accept Al Hilal’s offer as he’s getting to his retiring years, and that kind of mouth-watering offer should not be rejected since he has already accomplished a whole lot.
