Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has announced the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the February 25 presidential election, Peter Obi, still remains the best candidate, in his opinion, for a better Nigeria.

Obasanjo had aired this opinion during a chat with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.

The former Nigerian president had been resolute in his stance that despite President Tinubu being declared as the winner of the last election, Obi was still the candidate that the country needs.

In his words:

“For the Nigeria that I believe the citizens need to have at this point in time, Peter Obi is still the best presidential candidate.”
