Last week was one wild ride on the Oladips rollercoaster. Imagine this: a video surfaces of Oladips, supposedly deceased two weeks ago, vibing to a song! Wahalaurd indeed!

So, on Thursday, Oladipupo Oladimeji, the renowned Nigerian rapper known as Oladips, fired shots at his colleague Qdot for prematurely declaring him alive amidst the swirling rumors of his demise. Oladips, in his Instagram stories, accused Qdot of chasing clout during a sensitive time.

The drama didn’t end there. Oladips took to social media to call out a user for sharing an outdated video to prove his current existence and bashed bloggers for their alleged misleading narratives.

In his words, “I know there’s cruise, clout, and truth…!!! Can someone tell him we’re waiting for the truth?

Nigerians are going through ‘premium shege,’ and here we have someone and his pals trying to cook up a death story for attention!”

He didn’t spare Qdot either, saying, “Qdot, why post ‘My gee is alive’ when my own family wasn’t sure about my situation? You made it seem like we just had a chat. Bro, I was dealing with serious stuff while you were busy posting. I have proof, and I’ll spill the tea soon!”

Oladips even debunked the turkey-eating, ring light-setting, hugging-video as ancient history.

“That video he posted is from ‘2 years ago,’ shot at a place I don’t even live anymore! Can you imagine? But some folks enjoy misleading others for likes and comments.”

He wrapped up with, “I wasn’t even online during that period. Was I supposed to tweet from beyond the grave? If I seem distant now, blame it on folks like this guy. His video almost messed me up, and he’s yet to grasp the damage he caused!”

Now, over to you, Nigerians! Oladips has spoken. What say you about this resurrection stunt?

Remember the earlier ‘Mohbad’s death drama? Hold that thought; apparently, Mohbad’s still on hold for burial. What’s the hold-up there? Any reasons? follow federal character news blog for more information.

In the meantime, keep your popcorn ready because Nigerian music industry dramas never seem to hit pause!
