The female Nigerian musician, Temilade Openiyi popularly known as Tems has become the first Nigerian to debut on the billboard top 100 as No 1.
She achieved this with her music feature with Future and drake. The song titled ‘Wait for U’ is the seventh track on Future’s new album. The album titled ‘ I never liked you’ is also number one on the Billboard albums chart.
Although this is not her first time on the billboard 100 as she debuted on the chart for the first time with her ‘Essence’ feature with Wizkid and Justin Bieber, this is her first No 1 debut on the hot 100 charts.
