Kelley Mack, the talented actress known for her roles in The Walking Dead and Chicago Med, has died at the age of 33.
Born Kelley Klebenow, the actress passed away on Saturday in her hometown of Cincinnati after a brave fight against a rare and aggressive brain tumour known as glioma of the central nervous system.
Mack began her journey in the entertainment world from a young age, eventually making her mark through standout roles in television and commercials. She gained wide recognition for her portrayal of Addy in The Walking Dead, as well as Penelope Jacobs in Chicago Med, roles that showcased her depth, range, and passion for acting.
Beyond on-screen performances, Mack was also active in the world of voice-over and commercial work, appearing in campaigns for major national brands.
Tributes have poured in from fans, friends, and colleagues remembering Mack’s warmth, dedication, and talent.
Alanna Masterson, who starred alongside her in The Walking Dead, paid a heartfelt tribute, describing Mack as an “incredible human” and said she was proud to have worked with her.
A memorial service in her honour is scheduled to take place at the Glendale Lyceum in Glendale, Ohio, on August 16, 2025. A separate celebration of her life and legacy will also be held in Los Angeles, where Mack spent much of her professional life.
