Winners of Last season’s premier league Manchester City’s defender, John stones have revealed that the team is prepared to retain their premier league title. According to him, the departure of Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus, and Oleksander Zinchenko would not affect the team in any way as purchases have been made to cover up the gap they left.

He also revealed that it will always be sad to say goodbye to players leaving the team, as they’ve all become family but that is the game of football for you, there are no permanent players in football.

I’m always confident we can be successful. Whoever has come in, they have always been great from the start.

” It’s sad to see people go, whether it is retirement or wanting a new challenge and that’s hard because we have so many good friends and good memories on the pitch but we won’t forget those.”

“You kind of don’t want that to end, you want those memories, but that’s football, there are always new people coming in and it is a credit to the backroom staff and people involved in recruiting that the character fit of players that have come in do so well in the team,” Gundogan said at the premiere of the documentary ‘Together: Champions!

Manchester City will be trying its best to retain the premier league title 2022/23.
